ZF Series
The machines can be fitted with measuring gauges, length correction and sorting of good and bad springs, based on length criteria. Internal system.
The axes are as follows: wire feed, coiling diameter, pitch – horizontal or vertical, top cut, bottom cut; with, as an option on certain models, a 6th axis (torsion system).
The screen is touch-sensitive. The interface is graphic and intuitive. Length measurement is integrated into the PC, which runs under the Linux operating system.
The ‘ZF’ range will soon be extended to 8 models, to cover all wire processing requirements from 0.05 to 6.0 mm in diameter.
The JD 535 model is currently under development.
